She went to work for the Sharon Hospital in the Social Work Department, where she retired in 1992. Never one to sit still Bonnie worked at several different places after her retirement, all of which she loved dearly. Sharon Pharmacy, McLean Ford and Lakeville Wine and Spirits were all blessed with her bubbly personality, organizational skills and great work ethic. Bonnie was a Cub Scout and a Girl Scout Leader, volunteered at many American Legion Dinners where she prepared, cooked and served, Beer Festivals and Sharon Fire Department Soapbox Race s and Carnival events. In 1999 Bonnie and her son Raymond volunteered at Woodstock 99.
Janet was raised on the Morgan family farm in Ledyard. She attended Norwich Free Academy and later the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. In the early 1970s, Richard moved back to New York City, where he led divisions of Raytheon Technologies and Macmillan Publishing. In his free time, he took up skydiving as a hobby, performing jumps throughout the Tri-State area at special events.

The tornado killed seven people and injured fourteen others on its 65-mile portion of the path that was in Mississippi. The tornado moved northeast, producing EF3 damage in and around Langtown. The tornado re-intensified to EF4 strength as it passed near Moulton and Trinity, debarking trees, mangling, and leveling homes. It then continued through the northwest corner of Morgan County, crossed Wheeler Lake, and moved into Limestone County, coming within 2 miles (3.2 km) of Browns Ferry Nuclear Power Plant. The tornado caused power outages in the area, and the plant had to be shut down.
John enjoyed vacationing and fishing in Point Judith, RI with his wife and dogs, and was an avid bicyclist. LAKEVILLE - Ronald Martin Solan, 86, of Porter Street, passed away August 9, 2022 at his home. He was a beloved, lifelong member of the community and loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many. On 23 June, after six months with her port side beneath the surface, Oglala was floated. The salvage crew was unable to bring her to the draft depth required by the keel blocks in the dry dock, however, and the ship was unsteady. Work began to increase draft and improve her stability but during the night of 25–26 June 1942, the pumps being used to keep her afloat were overwhelmed by an influx of water and she settled to the bottom again. An investigation revealed that the fuel line for the main gasoline powered pump had become clogged overnight, and the electrical back-up pump was not effective because the water level did not rise high enough. While attempting to refloat her again on 29 June, a failure to the cofferdam in aft section caused her once more to settle down. It was determined that, for a second time, the field crew had not built the cofferdam to the proper specifications.

Dan loved his family with particular unwavering love for Ann, which he stated loudly for all to hear every morning. Cosimo was born January 18, 1932 in Brooklyn, NY. The son of the late Joseph and Josephine Gerardi. MILLERTON, NY - Gerard P. Martin Sr., 68, of Millerton, NY, passed away unexpectedly on October 9, 2022. Retiring at 60, he returned to college to study theatre and puppetry. Collaborating with classmates a third of his age, he wrote and directed numerous plays throughout the Berkshires.
Amelia, or ‘Mil’ or ‘Amy’ to her friends, grew up in Newcastle, Pennsylvania. She acquired a nursing degree from the University of Pittsburgh, working in a variety of settings, from Intensive Care in Fargo, North Dakota, to a missionary hospital in Tanto, Egypt. Amelia was a woman of inherent faith, one who was committed to helping those less fortunate, often recalling her missionary trip to Egypt.
Peaches loved spending time with friends and family, reading books recommended by her daughter, arts and crafts, game shows, and animals. While Françoise had no children, she delighted in becoming a grandmother to Jonathan’s granddaughter. She is survived by her half-brothers Daniel Delmont, Jean-Michel Salzensteijn, Louis Salzensteijn, her beloved husband Jonathan Friedlaender, son Benjamin and daughter Mira Friedlaender, Colin Wright and granddaughter Artemis Wright. Jack is survived by his wife Ingrid Freidenbergs, son Paul Feder, daughter-in-law Morgan J. Feder, grandson Sebastian, and granddaughter Corinna. He was also a loving uncle to Katia Feder, her husband Bertrand Dubus, their son Alex, his nephew Ivan Feder, his wife Joanna Feder, and their daughter Aria. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law Chris Welles Feder, and so, so, many friends who all loved him dearly.
